I. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a large manufacturer/factory.
II. MOQ ( Minimum Order Quantity)
MOQ differs from different items. It is 20 pcs generally.
III. Delivery Time
It depends on your quantity. Generally, it takes 20-30 days after receiving your deposit. Sometimes, we maybe have some stock for some products, please contact us for detail.
Our principle:
1) We put your order into our tight production schedule, ensuring your punctual delivery time.
2) Production / Inspection report will be made before the goods are packed.
3) Shipping notice/insurance will be informed as soon as your order is shipped.
IV. Payment Term
1) Mostly, we work with FOB, EXW
2) 30% deposit by T/T payment for starting production, 70% by T/T before delivery.
3) Small amounts by Paypal and Western Union are acceptable.
V. Production Capacity
Don’t worry about our production capacity. We produce more than 10,000 sets of various types of products every month.
VI. Warranty
We offer 12 month warranty for the whole unit. Within the warranty period, no fees are necessary for spare parts once approved by Unique. After the warranty time, Elaboratex will also supply the spare parts at a reasonable price.
This warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of the normal use of the product and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of:
1) Improper maintenance or modification;
2) Parts of supplies not provided or supported by Unique;
3) Unauthorized modification or misuse;
4) Hostile operation environments, or a natural disasters such as thunder, fire, flood, and other acts of God;
5) Damage to the appearance of the products;
6) Uncrating, setup, installation, or the removal and re-installation of products after repair.
